IAY continues its efforts to provide sleeping bags and care packages to the homeless during the freezing winter season. This year, we distributed sleeping bags and care packages at St. James Park, San Jose; Revolving Shelter, Sacramento, and Salvation Army, San Diego. We are happy to have been able to expand our efforts to Sacramento this year. Our members have also given out the items when they meet homeless brothers and sisters in need on the street. We are grateful for the continuous support of the kindhearted Korea Times readers who have generously donated to help the homeless in our community.
